The Griffin Grief Group’s mission is to help everyone learn to strengthen, use and honor the many and varied Sacred Messages received from loved ones in Spirit. Over time, these sacred messages and communications help ease grief through the eternal bonds of God’s Love and Grace.
We had an awesome night at Walk The Talk: Signs and Synchronicity!!! The speakers and their talks were fantastic!
And, thank you, thank you, THANK YOU to all who attended!!! It meant the world to have you there!

How do you feel when you hate?
Do you feel good when you hate?
Does it make you feel better and all warm and fuzzy when you hate?
There seems to be a great deal more hate out in our world right now then I remember seeing in a very long time.
That is why I ask. I asked Spirit why so many seem to almost enjoy hating right now when most people don’t feel good when they hate.
Spirit suggested I ask you.
How do you feel when you love?
Do you feel bad when you love?
We seem to need some big doses of love out in our world right now.
When you love you almost always feel better. We all need to concentrate on spreading love around so more feel a bit better.
Mr. Rogers has a movie out about his Sacred Walk. The movie is called ‘Won’t You Be My Neighbor’ as his famously loving song says.
Have we truly begun to embrace hate more than love?
What would Mr. Rogers say?
What would Jesus say?
We just celebrated our Nation’s birthday celebrating our freedoms. We here in the US have not just the right, but the obligation, to honor our freedoms because so many in the world aren’t fortunate enough to enjoy our freedoms.
The freedom to hate or the freedom to love? You get to choose.
We all in the U.S., all of us, get to choose.
Which do you choose to honor and celebrate the United States?
I hope and pray that with Creator’s Love and Grace, our Nation has many birthdays to come. But will there be more Fourth of July’s for US to celebrate if we strengthen and spread hate?
FOR 33 YEARS, Mister Rogers began his day teaching many of us how to best spread Love around into our world . . .

In truth, we are all neighbors, living on the same spinning rock.
And we all need to daily practice walking the talk with all our neighbors.

The Blueprints of God
Pay heed to coincidence, for Life’s game is at play.
Nothing ‘just’ happens in a haphazard way.
All events are not random that make up your day.
We’ve each had the moments pieces fall into place.
Circumstances are perfect; the right time, the right space.
A brutal tragedy’s defeated . . . by a saving grace.
A book falls open to the needed page.
Opportunity knocks as if cued to the stage.
Perfect music is scored defining an age.
Then a heart’s torn to pieces from immeasurable grief,
the wrong place, the wrong time, with no sign of relief,
leaving the devout even questioning belief.
There at a Sign is perceived, a message gets through.
A Spirited Hello, with much love sent to you.
One heals with the salve of knowing what’s true.
‘Timing is everything’ isn’t uttered by nuts.
The chance in encounters can be anything but.
Fortune’s luck of the draw begins with the cut.
I don’t mean to suggest that we don’t have a choice,
options to opt from, an opinion to voice;
the freedom to hate or in love to rejoice.
You create your destiny one day at a time.
You can do it with reason, you can do it with rhyme,
and lousy does happen as life turns on a dime.
But in all ways there’s purpose to this grand facade.
Fate has built empires, history changed with a nod.
There’s a design to the universe, the Blueprints of God.
Two events coincide to give you a clue.
Especially when dropped right out of the blue.
Heaven sent direction, a suggestion or two.
The Plan’s so much grander than most mortals believe.
You may harvest serendipity, but God plants the seed
with the Love and the knowledge that what will be will be.

The Spirit Salon will be exploring the spiritual majesty and creation stories of the oldest Americans – the Native Americans. We will discuss and find out about their beliefs and connections to Mother Earth, Father Sun. We will learn about their sacred walk on Earth, the medicine wheels and all the animals medicine that guided them. It will be a fun time.
Come enjoy your trip! The Spirit Salon group, led by Annie Truesdell, meets Tuesday nights from 5:30-7:00 at New Age People.

On Fun Fridays we are exploring experiences of the Afterlife, out-of-body experiences, past lives, reincarnation and Akashic Records. We will discuss what we might do in-between lifetimes. We will explore the teachings of Edgar Cayce as well as some more recent teachers. Know more about your past lives and how they can still be effecting you today. Come discover how you are an eternal, spirit being having a physical life.

Many in our world are aware and know that although their loved one’s Spirit has passed into Heaven the sacred and eternal communications and connections with their loved ones still continue with them after death.

Whether you have lost your parent or child, spouse or friend, the loss and grief can feel like it will consume your heart. The Griffin Grief Groups are here to help you connect through Spirit with your loved one in Spirit. You will meet others who understand deep grief from their own experiences. Sharing the eternal Connection we all are capable of knowing, seeing and using in our daily life from our loved ones in Heaven allows each of us to realize how deep and everlasting their love is for us in God’s eternal Home and helps lessen grief.
Our group meets the First Friday’s of every month at Inner Path,

Send them healing Waves of God’s Light, Strength and Love. There are so many in pain, just trying to get through. Thank you for your help and prayers!
GET RID OF GUNS. If anyone is needing help getting rid of a gun, please let me know. I am happy to help get it or you or both to the nearest police station. They will take any guns and destroy them. I have a number of police officer friends that can also assist us.
