How Godsign™ Began

What happens when you are just walking through your days, minding your own business and then WHAM . . .
Life hits you in a huge way.

A dear loved one of yours ‘dies’ and in the grief and sorrowful days and months afterward you find your loved one ‘talking’ and communicating with you in real time, with real things, in real life, answering your questions, and making suggestions about your life from the ‘unseen’ around you?

What would you do? What would you believe?

It can be time for the caterpillar to become a butterfly.

Would you worry you were losing your mind? What would you do if Life told you that was exactly what you needed to do - let loose your mind - in order to know your soul? That’s the journey the Universe is inviting you to take part in right now. It’s time for you to say PROVE IT to Creator, your loved ones in Spirit, your Angels and Guardians.

At the end of 1999, Gary, a very close friend of Annie’s, unexpectedly died. The term unexpected turned out to be an understatement. Her friend Gary didn’t go away. His name, symbols, numbers, colors, coincidences and conversations kept going on and on and on. Neither Annie nor Gary had believed in much of anything when it came to an afterlife, a divine being or anything having to do with any religion. She believed that we live, we die, we are done.

But within days of Gary ‘dying’ an amazing Dialogue began to take place between she and Gary. More importantly Annie did NOT want to believe this was happening. But Gary kept PROVING that he was around. Weird, strange coincidences taking place 33 times she could ignore and basically just think that it is a touching goodbye that she was making Up in her mind. But when Gary was at 333 times in just a few months of unexplainable ‘happenings’ happening - Annie started to pay attention and kept saying over and over to Gary - prove you are around, prove you are around, keep PROVING you are around over and over and over.

Not only did he keep proving it, many, MANY OTHERS from Spirit joined in. The numbers, colors, numbers, words in music, animals and coincidences in time were used daily around Annie so that she started to see the dialogue that surrounds us all in everyday life. Annie began to realize and then be Taught that the energies of Life around all of us has always Spoken to everyone who will pay attention.

It became important to Annie and her Friends in Spirit to help others see the Sacred Dialogue that Spirit called Godsign™. Spirit’s messages are always surrounding everyone with answers, laughter, compassions, advice, warnings and always LOVE. Spirit, along with Gary, told her to write the book about all that had happened so far that kept proving that he and so many others were around. That became the book A butterfly in the Garden.

Spirit and our divine Source had taken Annie to the edge of reason - how does a ‘dead’ friend keep showing Up around you talking to you? . How does a ‘dead’ friend get one to the beginnings of true peace and the awareness that none of us ceases to exist and no one is ever left alone. Together the Unseen surrounding Annie PROVED that anyone and everyone can learn to read, use, enjoy and evolve profoundly by exploring the Godsign - the sacred messages and answers life is bringing to us all.

In 2006, Annie was asked to conduct a class at a United Methodist church on the north side of Indianapolis, Indiana. One of the spiritual leaders of the church had been given the book A butterfly in the Garden. The church leader felt the experience that Annie shared with her readers would be an excellent addition to the curriculum at the church’s Spiritual Life Center.

For over 25 years now Annie has been teaching and sharing the gifts of Godsign™ that surround us all. The goal is to help as many people as possible learn to experience, explore, read and most importantly USE the Divine Dialogue of Godsign that surrounds everyone – all the time.

Godsign™ itself was Used to let Annie know the time had come to take her small classes to the next level. Since then, The Godsign Institute has taught hundreds of classes, seminars and funshops (not workshops) in many locations in Indiana and Kentucky. Annie’s Godsign and Spirit Salon groups have and has become a leading source for Spiritual understanding and enlightenment in our community.
