Last week Spirit suggested we discuss the power in the messages of 17 young lambs – sacrificed – and all the sacred Godsign brought to us from Creator using lambs and their symbols. But will the 17 lamb’s sacrificed bring a greater good?

This week Spirit suggested we discuss the power in the messages of at least 17 Rams – and the powerful response they bring.

Millions upon millions of Americans marched last Saturday in protest of all the gun violence destroying lives. Families from Parkland, Sandy Hook, Columbine, Las Vegas, San Bernadino, Orlando and many other gun ravaged people joined in Washington, DC and all over our country to join their voices to The March For Our Lives.

It was very successful in large part because of the young innocent students that are not going to stand by and do nothing. We have had too many young lambs sacrificed to gun violence  and now the young ‘rams’ are going to challenge our nation’s addiction to automatic guns.

Young rams with names like David, Emma, Cameron, Anna, Naomi, Yolanda, Adam and countless others all across America.

They are coming and they will not be stopped. It might take a few more years for them to climb the mountain of guns, but climb it they will.

We are going to explore the message of the Ram and you might understand why Spirit suggested this as Godsign for this week.

Featured prominently in many ancient societies, the ram has been a long held symbol of determination, action, initiative and leadership. The ram is also a symbol of Aries, an astral symbol of rulership. This hard-headed animal is unafraid to take initiative and be a leader and has inspired humans to act the same. Because of its strong qualities and characteristics, the ram symbol has been a major presence in various mythologies and belief systems and it one of the signs of the Chinese zodiac.

The ram totem is a sign of change and new beginnings, and it presents itself in your life to signal that big changes are on your horizon. To reap the benefits, you must take initiative to begin and remain steadfast and not slack off in your quest.

Rams are intellectual spiritual totems and encourage us to uphold high standards for ourselves.  Creator can use Ram symbology to remind you that you must constantly fuel your imagination and curiosity. Just as the ram’s horns grow stronger with every passing year of its life, so, too, must our mental capacity.

The horns of a ram are its signature physical trait and thus have strong symbolic meaning, as well. These horns represent our mental faculties and remind us that we need to stimulate our brains to continue mental evolution. The ram inspires us to step outside our comfort zone and grab life by the horns without fearing failure.

The Jewish people today use a ram’s horn known in Hebrew as a shofar to announce their holy days and drive away evil spirits.

The bucking ram is a fast-moving animal that acts without hesitation and reminds us that we must do the same when we find ourselves in new circumstances. Opportunities can disappear quickly, so you must act to secure your spot.

Many adults could take a lesson from the Parkland students and millions of others that are grabbing the oppotunities life presented to bring Light into the darkness created by gun violence.

The Phoenician God Hermes was often represented in ancient art carrying a ram. Zeus, the greatest of all Greek Gods had once exhibited himself to Hercules clad in the fleece and wearing the head of a ram.

The Hindu version of the ram is the name Brahman.

The Freemasons honor the symbol of the Ram in the name of their Masonic King known as Hi-Ram Abiff.

Elihu was the Hierophant, one of the wise friends of Job, he proclaimed himself “ of the kindred of Ram,” or an A-ram-ean (Genesis ’ xxii, 21). This name became one of the first Christian kingdoms known as Armenia.

In Palestine, there were several very ancient towns that were called Rama, and the capital of the followers of the Ram was later moved to a place in Italy that we know as Rome (Roma or Ram-a).

In the Hebrew language and the Old Testament, the meaning of “El” is the noun singular form of the word God, and “Elohim” is the plural version “gods.” El also signifies the zodiacal sign Aries who is known as the heavenly ram and first of the twelve zodiacal figures.

Aries means ram in Latin. Aries is ruled by Mars who in Roman mythology was the God of War. In the military and its global police force, they use a battering-ram to bust down the doors of law breakers and combatant enemies of the state, church and or crown.

It is such an important symbol that some Egyptian Pharaohs were name after the ram being called Ramesses, and the word Pyramid or Py-Ram-id means the “paternal power of Ram.”

The general Godsign meaning of the ram is an all encompassing and somewhat simple one: we must have faith in and trust our abilities.

How many of our children, our innocents, will have to sacrifice their lives because of our ‘right’ to own and use automatic weapons used to hunt humans?

Not many more if the young Rams in this country have anything to say about it. The first 17 have started the March and there are millions following them, and all of them will get to voting age. They have faith in and trust in their abilities. Our youth are now energized and engaged in large part because of the Sacred Sacrifice of 17 of their fellow students and the thousands of others who have died.

The courageous and determined students of Parkland. with millions of others nationwide, have organized a peaceful but very powerful movement. Their Sacred Ram totem energies, with God’s Grace, will serve them well as they help us all put an end to the insanity of gun violence.

Wishing you and all your loved ones a very Sacred, Safe and Special Holy Easter Weekend!

Ram It Down
by Judas Priest

Raise the sights, the city lights are calling
We’re hot tonight, the time is right, there’s nitro in the air
In the street is where we’ll meet, we’re warning
On the beat, we won’t retreat, beware

Thousand of cars and a million guitars
Screaming with power in the air
We’ve found the place where the decibels race
This army of rock will be there

To ram it down, ram it down
Straight through the heart of this town
Ram it down, ram it down
Razing the place to the ground
Ram it down

Bodies revvin’ in leather heaven in wonder
Lights are dimmin’ and heads are swimmin’ as thunder hits the stage
Hell breaks loose, turn on the juice get stronger
We metal maniacs begin to rave

Thousand of cars and a million guitars
Screaming with power in the air
We’ve found the place where the decibels race
This army of rock will be there

To ram it down, ram it down
Straight through the heart of this town
Ram it down, ram it down
Razing the place to the ground
Ram it down

Shout it out
We’re all together now
Shout it out
We join as one, one

Thousand of cars and a million guitars
Screaming with power in the air
We’ve found the place where the decibels race
This army of rock will be there

To ram it down, ram it down
Straight through the heart of this town
Ram it down, ram it down
Razing the place to the ground
Ram it down, ram it down
Straight through the heart of this town
Ram it down, ram it down
Razing the place to the, razing the place to the
Razing the place to the ground

“Oh Woman, Oh Why”
Paul McCartney
from the Ram Album

Oh, woman, oh why, why, why, why
What have I done?
Oh, woman, oh, where, where, where, where, where
Did you get that gun?

Oh, what have I done?
What have I done?

Well, I met her at the bottom of a well
(Of a well)
Well, I told here I was tryin’ to break a spell
(Break a spell)

But I can’t get by, my hands are tied
Don’t know why I ever got her to try myself
‘Cause I can’t get by, my hands are tied

Oh, woman, oh, why, why, why, why
What have I done?
Oh, woman, oh, where, where, where, where, where
Did you get that gun?

Oh what have you done?
Woman what have you done?
Well, I am fed up with you lying cheating ways (Cheating ways)

But I get up every morning and every day (Every day) But I can’t get by , my hands are tied Don’t why I want her to try myself ‘Cause I can’t get by, my hands are tied Oh, woman, oh, why, why, why, why What have I done? Oh, woman, oh, where, where, where, where, where Did you get that gun?

Woman, what have I done?
What have you done?
What have I done?
